Richmond District YMCA Bootcamp

WHEN: Tuesdays at 7:00pm-8:00pm and Sundays 11:30am-12:30pm until July 31st

WHERE: Richmond District YMCA, 360 18th Avenue

DETAILS: Bootcamp is a high-energy, high-intensity class designed to change your body and how you think about fitness.  This is an outdoor class that focuses on bodyweight exercises such as squats, lunges, running, push-ups and dips.
